1. How can I order?
You call us or email us, with the item/items that interest you. Alternatively, you can contact us via our Facebook page or Instagram.
We check its availability and come back to you as soon as possible.
2. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay on delivery (PoD Fee 2€) or by bank deposit (You will be given details via email).
3. How will my order be delivered to me?
We send by courier or by mail (both ways shipping cost €4)
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
5. Can I return an item?
If for some reason the order was wrong or the product came out defective during shipment, we accept refunds within 10 working days and product change.

6. How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed (if you choose pay by bank deposit) your order will be packaged. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days.
7. Do I need an account and what are the benefits?
It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
